Am I stressed out? Yes, I am, even right now. Just like how I'm easily get bored of everything and easily distracted by everything, I'm also the type who easily get stressed, even by a simple thing. For example, something as trivial as my personal pet peeve may resulting me having a prolonged stress. Also a "bad English day" (which happen almost everyday to me) may also rendering me having a stressful day as well.
I know having prolonged stress is not good not only to my mental health, but it may also affect my physical too. I've read somewhere that stress may lowered a person's immune system. So how do I get around my almost daily stress? Easy; watch anime.
